CCTV Shop – November Imou Customer Competition

1. Promoter

This promotional competition (“Competition”) is conducted by RMS Electronics (PTY) Ltd trading as CCTV Shop (the “Promoter”), Reg. No. 2023/235116/07, with principal place of business at 25 Rossini Blvd, Vanderbijlpark.

2. Competition Period

The Competition runs from 00:00 on 1 November 2025 to 23:59 on 30 November 2025 (South Africa time), both dates inclusive.

3. Eligibility

Open to South African residents aged 18 or older. Employees/agents/suppliers of the Promoter (and their immediate families) and persons professionally connected to this Competition are excluded. Entries are tracked per customer invoice details (individuals or business accounts).

4. How to Enter (No Entry Fee)

Entry is automatic for purchases of Imou-branded products from the Promoter during the Competition Period, in-store or online at www.dahua-cameras.co.za.
No additional entry fee is charged. Normal selling prices apply.
Qualifying products: all Imou-branded products.
Exclusions: non-Imou items; free goods; items at R0; cancelled/refunded/chargeback transactions.
Backorders: included only when invoiced and fully paid (cleared funds) within the Competition Period.
Online and in-store purchases aggregate to the same customer record.

5. Verification

Purchases must be invoiced and fully paid within the period. The Promoter may request proof of identity and/or authority to accept a prize on behalf of a business.

6. Determining the Winner

The winner is the Participant with the highest VAT-inclusive total spend on qualifying Imou products during the Competition Period, after deducting any credits/refunds/chargebacks.

7. Prize

One (1) Imou Hamper consisting of: Imou Indoor Wi-Fi Camera, Technician Waist Bag, Technician Vest, 2× Notepads, 32GB SD Card, Water Bottle, Laptop Bag, Mouse Pad. Approximate total value: R1500. Not transferable or redeemable for cash/credit.

8. Winner Announcement & Prize Claim

The winner will be announced on 1 December 2025 and contacted via the registered phone and/or email within 5 working days thereafter. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails verification, or does not accept/collect the Prize within 10 working days after first contact, the Promoter may award the Prize to the next-eligible Participant.

9. Publicity & Consent

The Promoter may request to publish the winner’s name/company name and/or photographs for reasonable PR purposes with the winner’s prior written consent. Refusal will not affect the award.

10. Privacy (POPIA)

The Promoter is the responsible party for POPIA. We process personal information (contact details and invoice/purchase data) only to administer the Competition, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and meet record-keeping duties. Limited sharing with service providers (e.g., the independent auditor) occurs under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law. Records will be kept for up to 3 years (or longer if legally required), then securely destroyed /anonymised. You have rights to access, correction, and objection to processing on reasonable grounds. 11. General Conditions

The Promoter’s decisions are final. The Promoter may disqualify entries for fraud/abuse/breach of these Terms. The Promoter may amend/suspend/cancel the Competition on reasonable notice where unavoidable, without undue prejudice. No charges beyond the ordinary purchase price of qualifying products. Governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

12. Records & Availability

The Promoter will retain for 3 years copies of: these Terms; promotional materials; winner confirmation and acceptance; aggregate purchase totals; methodology/timestamps; and the independent person’s certification. These Terms will be available in-store.
