All prices displayed on our website are current and may change without prior notice. Please note that these prices are exclusive to online purchases and may differ from in-store pricing.
Unless otherwise specified, all listed prices exclude VAT.

We do our best to keep our pricing and product information accurate and up to date. However, prices may change without notice due to factors like market conditions, product updates, changes from manufacturers, or occasional errors in listings.
Product availability can vary, and we can’t always guarantee that everything will be in stock when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is no longer available, we’ll either offer you a suitable alternative (which may result in a partial refund or extra charge depending on the price difference), or issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

CCTV Shop will not be liable for any indirect losses like missed business opportunities, profit loss, or other unexpected damages even if we were informed such issues could happen. We’re also not responsible for any issues caused by third-party services, data loss, software issues, or if a product becomes unavailable.
If something goes wrong with a product or service you purchased directly from us, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that item or service.
Please note that delivery times are estimates. While we do our best to meet them, we can’t be held responsible for delays caused by things outside our control such as extreme weather, shipping carrier delays, supply chain issues, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
We also work hard to ensure everything on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we can’t be held responsible for any unintentional errors in product descriptions, prices, or other content.
Lastly, once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we can’t be held liable for packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

Orders & Payment Terms
To keep things running smoothly, all orders must be paid in full before we can ship them out. Unfortunately, we’re unable to dispatch any items until payment has been successfully received.
Once you place an order, you’ll have up to 36 hours to complete the payment. If payment isn’t made within that time, the order will be automatically cancelled.
