Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice) is required.
- Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Return Process
- Contact us to initiate a return.
- Send the item to CCTV Shop using a courier service of your choice (shipping costs are your responsibility).
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note: Returned items must include all original accessories (e.g., power supplies). Damaged packaging or missing parts may result in a partial refund or rejection.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect.
- A 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund if we cover return shipping.
Non-Refundable Items
- Sale items are final and not eligible for refunds.
Warranty Policy
We offer warranties ranging from 12 to 36 months, depending on the product:
- Dahua HDCVI Cameras & DVRs: 36 months
- Dahua COOPER Series (Cameras & DVRs): 24 months
- Dahua Network Cameras, PTZ & NVRs: 36 months
- Moving parts (e.g., belt drives): 12 months
- Non-Dahua products: 12 months
Warranty Process
- Customers are responsible for shipping faulty products to us, including the invoice and all original accessories.
- Our technical team will assess the item. If needed, it may be returned to the manufacturer.
- If the issue is covered under warranty, we or the manufacturer will repair or replace the item and cover return courier costs within South Africa.
- If the item is found to be not faulty, the customer will be responsible for courier costs.
Please note: Damage caused by lightning, power surges, or physical mishandling is not covered by the warranty.
Shipping Returns
- Return items must be shipped to: CCTV Shop
- Use a trackable service or shipping insurance for higher-value items—we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.
